Bonshaw Solar Farm

GAIA Australia is proposing to develop a 500MW solar farm approximately 16 kilometres south of Bonshaw and 66 kilometres north of Inverell in northern New South Wales.

It is planned to install a battery storage facility as part of the project.

Stage 1 has a proposed capacity of 200 MW capacity, commencing construction mid-2019. Stage 2 is an addition 300 MW, construction is planning to commence 2021.
