Daydream Solar Farm

Edify Energy is planning to construct the 150 MW Daydream Solar Farm in northern Queensland.

The solar farm will comprise 1.5 million solar panels and will occupy 430 hectares on a 1,070 hectare site north of Collinsville.

Origin has signed a power purchase agreement to buy all the output, estimated at 380,000 MWhr per annum, and renewable energy certificates from Daydream solar farm until 2030.

Construction commenced in September 2017 and commercial operation began in August 2018.
