Delburn Wind Farm
OMSI Australia is proposing to develop a 53-turbine wind farm with a capacity of 300MW at Delburn in Victoria’s Latrobe Valley.
The wind farm will overlook the site of the now closed Hazelwood coal-fired power station and, once completed, would generate about 10% of the capacity that Hazelwood provided to the grid.
Construction is planned to begin in 2022.
