Hallett 2 Wind Farm

Hallett 2 Wind Farm consists of 34 turbines giving an installed capacity is 71.4 MW.

It is located 4km west of the Mount Bryan township, near Hallett, South Australia. The wind farm site spreads more than 10km over the Hallett Hill range.

Hallett Hill Wind Farm, was constructed by Suzlon Energy for AGL and was completed in late 2009. The payback period for the "embodied energy" in the wind farm was just 5 months.
