Hallett 4 Wind Farm

Hallett 4 Wind Farm, which spreads over 14 kilometres of the Brown Hill Ranges near Jamestown in South Australia, has 63 turbines with a total installed capacity of 132 MW, and cost A$334 million to build.

It was constructed by Suzlon for AGL Energy.

The first power flowed into the south eastern Australian electricity grid in August 2010 and the project was up to full operation in early 2011., alternatively called  Wind Farm, The payback period for the "embodied energy" in the wind farm was just 5 months.
