South Fremantle Solar Farm

The City of Fremantle is planning to to build a 2 MW solar farm on a former South Fremantle landfill site.

Epuron has been appointed to conduct diligence, resolution of environmental and other regulatory approval matters and to seek customers for a power purchasing agreement. This is to be completed by August 2018, with construction to be complete by August 2019.

The project is part of the One Planet Fremantle program which commits the council to zero corporate emissions by 2020.
