Tumut 3 Hydro Power Station

Tumut 3 Power Station is located at Talbingo Dam. The power station was completed in 1973 and underwent a major upgrade in 2009..

Tumut 3 Power Station has six turbines with a generating capacity of 1,500 MW. It has a 150.9 metre head of water water.

It was the first power station in New South Wales to have pumped storage.
